For most of my life, I struggled with my weight. I tried every diet, every plan, every “secret hack”—but nothing ever stuck. I lost weight, gained it back, and felt like I was trapped in an endless cycle of frustration.
It wasn’t until I shifted my mindset that everything changed. I rewired my habits, rebuilt my beliefs, and finally understood what it takes to manage my weight for life. The result? I lost 125 pounds and never looked back.
